Consumer organization will be an organized organization
(1) Consumer organization will be a self-governing and organized organization with unbroken succession.
(2) The consumer organization shall have its own seal for all its operations.
(3) The consumer organization may acquire, use, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property such as individuals.
(4) A consumer organization can file a complaint like an individual and can also file a complaint against a consumer organization under the same name.
